Open 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and on Sundays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., the store offers high-quality, curated products sourced from multistate operators such as Curaleaf, TerrAscend, Verano, Ayr and The Botanist. It also features arts, crafts and other goods from local vendors.

Alexis Berends, Union Chill’s chief visionary officer, said, “As someone whose family has lived in Lambertville for – at best count, seven generations – I am thrilled to open our dispensary doors in the Spokeworks Building on the same block my family has lived on for all those generations.”

“Our growing team, who have joined us from our own backyard, are honored to bring one of the best selections of products and unique finds from local artists and artisans that represent all that we and Lambertville stand for: diversity, inclusion and love of community. As we continue this journey to serve the place we not only work in, but live in, we look forward to being a trusted community resource and a beacon for what is right and just as we continue to combat the outdated stigmas and effects of cannabis prohibition.”

Union Chill’s opening comes about two years after the municipality passed an ordinance allowing retail cannabis sales.
