Holmdel-based hiring platform ICIMS continues to build its executive team with the appointment of a new chief financial officer.
ICIMS announced June 8 that Brad Korch will serve as CFO, effective immediately.
Korch steps into the role previously held by Marc Thompson, who assumed the CEO position in May. Thompson took the reins from Jason Edelboim, who posted on LinkedIn that he would step down from ICIMS to join “an exciting company in a different industry as CEO, and I’m looking forward to sharing details soon.”
As CFO, Korch will oversee ICIMS’ global finance organization. His purview includes accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, tax, shared services, business intelligence and analytics, according to the company.
He joins ICIMS from EverCommerce. He most recently served as senior vice president of finance and head of investor relations at that Colorado-based company.
Korch and Thompson are longtime colleagues. Thompson served as CFO of EverCommerce before joining ICIMS in September 2024. Thompson came on board following the company’s announcement that it would shift to areas such as R&D and innovation, AI and customer experience.
Prior to EverCommerce, Korch held various financial roles at Zayo Group, Credit Suisse, Prudential Equity Group and Accenture.
“Brad brings a strong combination of experience, financial discipline and strategic perspective working closely with executive teams and investors,” Thompson said in a statement. “As we build on our momentum and continue investing in responsible AI innovation, Brad will play a critical role in ensuring we scale operations efficiently, deliver value to our customers and drive long-term growth.”
Korch said he looks forward to building on the company’s momentum in AI innovation.
“ICIMS is uniquely positioned at the intersection of enterprise software and AI, with a strong operational foundation, differentiated platform and a clear focus on customer outcomes,” Korch said.
Korch earned his MBA in finance from the New York University Stern School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Cornell University.
ICIMS is a talent acquisition platform that works with companies across 200 countries and territories.
