Insomnia Cookies is adding a spot in Red Bank.
Scheduled to open this spring at 74 Broad St., the Philly-born brand will offer in-store, pickup and delivery options for its signature warm cookies.
Founded in 2003 at the University of Pennsylvania by then-student Seth Berkowitz, Insomnia Cookies is known for baking and delivering cookies late into the night.
At its more than 300 locations nationwide, the brand serves a lineup of classic cookie flavors, ice cream, brownies and blondies. It also has a full slate of vegan options and frequently rotating limited edition menu.
Within New Jersey, the chain has stores in Cherry Hill, Hoboken, Montclair, New Brunswick, Westfield, Glassboro and Ewing.
In Red Bank, Insomnia Cookies is hiring part-time crew members, delivery drivers and shift leaders. Additional details on how to apply are available here.
A spokesperson said Insomnia is looking to bring on between 20–25 employees.
