Liberty Hall Joint Venture on May 13 said it engaged JLL as the leasing agent for Liberty Hall Corporate Center I–a 216,000-square-foot, five-story, Class-A office complex located at 1085 Morris Ave. in Union.
Tenant amenities at the center feature a full-service cafeteria with private dining; abundant structured and surface parking spaces; two-story atrium seating; and an outdoor patio with connectivity to both the conference center and cafeteria.
Liberty Hall Corporate Center is surrounded by Kean University and is within walking distance to numerous amenities including the shoppes at Vermella Union, which includes Chipotle, Starbucks and Panera Bread. Vermella Union also offers a high-end residential rental complex with full concierge service, and The Union Club, with rooftop deck, pool, yoga studio, business lunge and all modern amenities.
Also, adjacent is Ave by Korman, which offers luxury apartments and flexible stay furnished apartments.
The property is within walking distance to New Jersey Transit’s Union Station which services the Raritan Valley Line providing direct access to Newark Penn Station, Secaucus Junction and New York Penn Station. It also has access to both Garden State Parkway, New Jersey Turnpike, and U.S. Routes 22 and 1 and 9. Newark airport is less than 10 minutes away.
