Lee & Associates New Jersey tapped to market Morristown Plaza

Morristown Plaza’s 122,000 square feet of Class A office space spans 161 and 163 Madison Ave., minutes from Morristown Green and that city’s and the Convent train stations.

And with 18,819 square feet of space currently available for lease on the first, fourth and fifth floors of 163 Madison Ave., Lee & Associates New Jersey announced April 25 it was selected to exclusively market the Morristown office space on behalf of The Silverman Group.

Kiall and Lee & Associates New Jersey Senior Vice President Doug Rowe will lead the team marketing the space.

Morristown Plaza’s buildings recently saw updates to its common and amenity areas.
