Menlo Park Mall in Edison is growing its lineup of shopping and dining options.

In an Aug. 6 press release, the Simon Properties-owned mall announced the following additions:

• Coach – premium leather goods, designer handbags, apparel and accessories December 2026
• Michael Kors – high-end designer apparel, signature handbags, footwear, watches and accessories November 2026

Menlo Park also expects to unveil a burger and craft beer concept inspired by the history of The Ford Motor Co. by this November.

The upcoming site will establish the first of three Ford’s Garage restaurants launching in New Jersey under franchisee The Integritty Group.

Founded in 2012 by a group of restauranteurs near Henry Ford’s former winter home in Florida, the 1920s service-station themed chain offers classic American comfort food served by staff dressed as mechanics in a dining room filled with vintage automotive décor.

Since franchising began 10 years ago, the brand has grown to more than 30 outposts across eight states. As part of a larger expansion push, Ford’s Garage aims to add 10 to 15 restaurants annually in new markets like New Jersey, New York, Texas and Michigan.

Other tenants

Located on Route 1, two-level regional shopping mall Menlo Park’s tenants also include Macy’s, Nordstrom, Barnes & Noble, The Cheesecake Factory, Shake Shack, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Orangetheory Fitness, AMC Theatres, Chick-fil-A, Apple, H&M, Lululemon, Sephora, Uniqlo and Urban Outfitters.

According to Menlo Park Mall, recent openings include:

• Rowan – safe and modernized ear piercing 
• Timberland – durable outdoor footwear, apparel and eco-friendly accessories
