NAIOP New Jersey will roll out the red carpet this week to celebrate its 38th Annual Commercial Real Estate Awards Gala May 15.
In addition to the 2025 Commercial Real Estate Awards, the event will also reveal this year’s Deal of the Year winners. See below for a closer look at all of this year’s honorees.
Dan Kennedy, chief executive officer at NAIOP NJ, highlighted the importance of the marquee gala. “The proceeds from this event serve as a large revenue driver to fund chapter operations and advancing our strategic plan,” he explained. “Our advocacy program is fighting every day to push back on proposed legislation and other policies that are seeking to deflate CRE opportunities.
“This year, more than ever, support for the Gala is needed so we can increase the defense of our interests and get ready for a new Governor in 2026.”
This year, NAIOP NJ will distribute the following Commercial Real Estate Awards:
Jeffrey Milanaik, Northeast region partner, Bridge Industrial LLC and former NAIOP NJ chapter President and corporate chair
Assembly Speaker Craig Coughlin
J.G. Petrucci Co. Inc.
