In February, NAI James E. Hanson secured a nationwide events operator for a 53,000-square-foot industrial building in Morris County. On July 19, the firm announced that building reached 100% occupancy.

One World Rental (OWR) USA LLC‘s new lease covers 14,400 square feet at the industrial/flex property located at 85 Horsehill Road in Cedar Knolls.

Altogether, the building boasts 53,000 square feet.

NAI Hanson‘s Scott Perkins, Chris Todd and William Ericksen represented Horsehill Properties LLC, the landlord, in the transaction. The trio serves as the exclusive brokerage team for 85 Horsehill Road. According to the firm, the team achieved full occupancy at the property in less than nine months.

OWR, an international provider of IT equipment rentals, will set up its ninth facility worldwide – and North American headquarters – in Cedar Knolls, NAI Hanson said. The space will house equipment for events held across the U.S.

The property offers 14-foot clear ceiling heights, 38-foot by 28-foot column spacing, three exterior dock doors, one drive-in bay and ample parking in proximity to Routes 10, 24 and 202, and Interstates 80 and 287.
