The New Jersey Chamber of Commerce board of directors elected seven new members at its Oct. 15 meeting. The accomplished leaders span a range of industries, expertise and regions here in the great Garden State.
The board plays an integral role for the organization. It provides guidance to chamber staff on policy affecting the state’s short- and long-term economic growth, with a special emphasis on areas such as: economic development and taxation; education and workforce development; environment and energy; government reform; health care and transportation.
“There are many opportunities and challenges facing New Jersey – and these individuals will provide counsel and expertise as we work collaboratively to ensure the state reaches its full economic potential,” said New Jersey Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Tom Bracken.
