Dozens of the best restaurants in one of the most culturally diverse parts of New Jersey will be on display when the 5th annual Bergen County Food & Wine Festival returns to Westfield Garden State Plaza.
Scheduled for Sept. 7 and Sept. 10 in a tented section of the Paramus mall’s western parking lot, the 21-plus event is considered the area’s largest culinary showcase, giving attendees an opportunity to enjoy samplings of food, wines, spirits and beers.
This year, the festival is debuting a Summer Sendoff Lobster Boil Sept. 7, from 6 to 10 p.m. Powered by In Thyme Caterers, the evening will feature a lobster boil dinner, live entertainment and a cornhole tournament. Tickets begin at $75.
The signature “Grand Tasting” is set for Sept. 10, from noon to 6 p.m., with tickets starting at $75. There will also be entertainment, dancing and a DJ.
The festival’s restaurant lineup includes: B&M Market, Saddle River Inn, Coffeecol, White Manna, Mr. Cupcakes, The Capital Grille, El Asadero, The Brickhouse, Blaze Pizza, Once Upon A Pastry, Inserra Catering, Gelotti, Mike’s Dog House, Bourbon Street Beignets, Fogo De Chao, Eons, SQ Pizza, Aldo’s, Beets Juice Bar, Hanami, Felina, Cubita Café, Mike’s Pasta Shop and Halifax Hoboken.
The event is hosted by The 200 Club of Bergen County, a not-for-profit in support of local police, firefighters, emergency services and their families.
