A popular Philadelphia brunch-themed restaurant is expanding into New Jersey.

After signing a deal to lease 1200 Haddonfield Road in Cherry Hill, Brunchaholics expects to open its new location by the fall, according to Vantage Commercial, the real estate brokerage firm representing the restaurant.

Known for its inventive takes on chicken and waffles, French toast and other brunch fare, the restaurant has built a dedicated following in Philadelphia since opening earlier this year and sought to add another location. After turning to Vantage Commercial, Brunchaholics worked with agents to pinpoint the ideal spot – a standalone restaurant previously occupied by Zoës Kitchen.

In announcing the long-term lease agreement, Cherry Hill-based Vantage Commercial cited the property’s “exceptional visibility, ample parking provisions and convenient accessibility,” as well as the area market, as the reasons why the location is a prime place for Brunchaholics.

“We are thrilled with Vantage Commercial for our new location and the team’s expertise in identifying the perfect spot that aligns with our vision has been invaluable,” Brunchaholics owner Aaron Anderson said in a statement. “The synergy between our teams has already proved fruitful and we look forward to the continued collaboration as we embark on this exciting new chapter.

“Cherry Hill’s vibrant community is the perfect setting for our innovative brunch offerings and we’re eager to contribute to the local culinary scene,” he added.
