- Camille Asaro has been named principal. She specializes in advising clearing and introducing broker-dealers as well as hedge funds on regulatory, financial, organizational and operational matters. She is president of the New Jersey Chapter of the American WomanÂs Society of Certified Public Accountants.
- Frank Attalla has been named principal. He specializes in audit and tax services for a variety of investment partnership structures. He earned a bachelorÂs degree from William Paterson University.
- Jeff Kollin has been named principal. He leads the financial services advisory practice at Rothstein Kass Business Advisory Services LLC. He holds a bachelorÂs degree from Lehigh University and an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business.
- Rich Sumida has been promoted to senior director. He is a member of Rothstein Kass quality control department, and a graduate of Rutgers University.
