Tacoria Mexican Street Kitchen is readying its newest outpost in New Jersey.

Located at 353 Springfield Ave. in , the Mexican concept is scheduled to begin welcoming customers Jan. 16.

Founded a decade ago in New Brunswick by four Rutgers alumni, the eatery serves tacos, burritos and other Mexican items prepared from scratch daily.

It has since gone on to add locations in Cherry Hill, Edgewater, Hoboken, Jersey City, Marlton, Montclair, Morristown, Paramus, Piscataway, Ridgewood and Princeton.

Sites are also coming soon to Freehold and Somerville, Tacoria’s owners recently told NJBIZ.

To celebrate its arrival in Summit, the storefront will offer buy-one, get-one-free burrito boxes through Jan 23. As part of a Jan. 30 grand opening event, Tacoria will host an 11:30 a.m. ribbon-cutting ceremony. Festivities will also include a donation to local first responders, as well as a free burrito box and Tacoria merch to the first 100 guests.
