Marking the ninth new additions to come over the past seven months, the coffee giant will be joined by a new Asian cuisine dining option at the seaside shopping center.

A new fitness option, women's retailer and the destination's first art gallery are set to open their doors later this spring in Long Branch.

The new offerings are expected to open alongside current retailers, including Art of Salad, McLoone’s Pier House, Salt Steakhouse, Salt Nation Surf Shop and Boardwalk Fun N Games, by Memorial Day.

The mixed-use destination recently added 50,000 square feet of space, bolstering its position as a pillar for commerce and luxury living at the Jersey Shore.
