Taylored Fulfillment Services has closed its acquisition of the US operations of Australian logistics company Toll Global Logistics, tripling the company’s footprint.
“[B]y combining Toll’s port-centric operations and Taylored’s e-Commerce fulfillment centers in gateway markets, the acquisition will unlock substantial efficiencies,” said Chairman Jonathan Rosenthal in a prepared statement. “The consolidation will produce a network effect of other streamlined processes.”
For Taylored, which offers omni-channel retail, wholesale and e-Commerce fulfillment, cross-dock and transloading services, value added services and transportation solutions, the acquisition includes over 4.1 million square feet of Tier 1 distribution space.
Toll Global Logistics President Peter Stokes said the sale will allow Toll to focus on our core growth markets across the Asia Pacific region.
