A warehouse in Pennsauken was leased to TopPop, a specialty packager of frozen alcoholic beverages, Colliers announced Sept. 15.
The freestanding 63,347-square-foot warehouse at 6901 N. Crescent Blvd. boasts substantial office space that has undergone a full series of recent renovations to accommodate TopPop, which filled the space just 79 days after Velocity Venture Partners’s acquisition of the property.
With this move, TopPop is tripling its South New Jersey footprint and expects to be operational at the new facility by January 2022.
The company projects a sales jump of more than $30 million, with demands of close to 120 million frozen pops in 2022.
