Valley Medical Group and Mount Sinai Kravis Children’s Hospital have opened a second Valley-Mount Sinai Children’s Health practice in New Jersey.
Located at 1578 Route 23 N. in Wayne, the new 3,000-square-foot center offers pediatric primary and specialty care, according to Valley Health System‘s Jan. 2 announcement.
Dr. Shivani Shah, director of general outpatient pediatrics for Valley Medical Group, will lead the new practice. Shah also serves as the associate director of quality in the Division of Ambulatory Pediatrics at The Mount Sinai Hospital.
The new center will focus on newborns, children and adolescents, offering diagnostic, preventive and treatment services. Services include routine wellness visits, sick visits, laboratory services and vaccinations.
Valley Health added that pediatric specialty services, such as pediatric endocrinology, will soon be available at this location, too.
Pediatric endocrinology care will continue to be offered at 140 E. Ridgewood Ave. in Paramus, with additional appointments opening in Montvale soon.
“We are proud to expand our pediatric primary and specialty care to the regional community,” said Dr. J. Antonio Quiros, chair, Children’s Services, Valley Medical Group. “This expansion allows us to meet more families where they live.”
“This new location marks an important milestone for families in northern New Jersey,” added Dr. Elizabeth Haines, chief operating officer, Mount Sinai Kravis Children’s Hospital and senior vice president, Pediatric Services for the Mount Sinai Health System.
In addition to this Wayne practice, pediatric primary care is offered at 135 North Kinderkamack Road in Montvale, staffed by pediatrician Dr. Cecilia Godoy and Suzanne Bussetti, a registered nurse.
Beyond pediatrics, Valley Health also announced more appointments are now available at its new Montvale campus.
Located at 400 Market St., at The Shoppes at DePiero Farm, the two-floor, 55,000-square-foot site opened in October 2025.
