This fall, Habitat for Humanity of South Central New Jersey will move its satellite office to Moorestown.
Vantage Commercial announced Aug. 11 it secured an office lease for the nonprofit.
Habitat for Humanity of South Central New Jersey’s new location at 341 New Albany Road is a 5,000-square-foot mixed-use flex space on a newly landscaped lot that is owned and managed by Needleman Management of Cherry Hill.
According to Vantage, as part of a pilot program designed to increase floor space to expand merchandise and sales at Habitat’s Restore building in Maple Shade – where the satellite office was previously located – the unit initially moved to a temporary location within a Needleman property.
Following the success of the effort, Vantage said it was enlisted by Habitat for Humanity to find a permanent spot for the satellite office.
“Habitat for Humanity is excited to move into their new home. They are finally settling into a layout that will maximize their efficiency, thus delivering more help to those in need,” said Vantage Director of Client Services Monica Walsh, who secured the lease for Habitat along with Executive Director Ken Richardson.
“They were very specific about what they wanted, a professional space where employees would remain happy, production would increase and the community would be served,” he added.
Both Richardson and Walsh also volunteer for Habitat for Humanity of South Central New Jersey.
