Morris Plains-based Weichert Real Estate Affiliates Inc. announced that the first quarter of 2019 continued to see new office signings across the country.

According to Weichert, the Southeast region accounted for the majority of new offices, with nearly half located in Florida and North Carolina.

Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. also continued to grow its footprint in the West with the addition of its eighth affiliate office in Washington State. The national franchise network also added new offices in New York and Ohio last quarter.

As a result of the increased popularity of the brand and the resources it provides its affiliates, the Weichert franchise model has become more attractive to independent brokerages across the country. One such agency is Weichert, Realtors® – Lilac Properties in Rochester, N.Y., which joined the national franchise network this month.

As a result of the continued growth and success of the Weichert franchise network, it was named one of America’s “Top 500 Franchises” by Entrepreneur magazine in 2019, and was included in the “2019 Best of the Best: Top 200 Franchises” by Franchise Business Review, which is based on franchisee satisfaction.
