World Insurance Associates LLC is on the fast track when it comes to acquisitions, and this month is no exception.
The Tinton Falls-based insurance broker announced April 12 it acquired fellow Garden State agency J. Stine Agency Inc., based in Little Silver.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
J. Stine Agency is a full-service, family-owned agency that offers a wide range of insurance products including flood, home, life, auto, boat, ATV, business and health.
Joseph Stine, president of J. Stine Agency, said in a statement that the agency looks forward to continuing to put customers first as a part of WIA.
“I’m happy to welcome J. Stine to the World family,” Rich Eknoian, CEO and co-founder of WIA, added. “They share our commitment to providing our clients with exceptional and professional service, and I know they will be successful as part of World.”
Giordano, Halleran & Ciesla provided legal counsel to WIA, and Panepinto, Panepinto & Miller provided legal counsel to J. Stine. No other advisors, diligence firms or legal counsel were disclosed.
Since its founding in 2012, WIA has completed 147 acquisitions — including the most recent two in Pennsylvania — and has more than 160 offices in the U.S.
