RIPCO Real Estate represented the tenant in the lease transaction for the 50,739-square-foot space at the Levin Management Corp.-managed property.
The move brings RH Outlet (formerly Restoration Hardware) to one of the most prominent retail intersections in New Jersey. The store previously occupied space along Route 17 in the Bergen County municipality.

In an April 27 announcement, LMC said the debut reflects continued demand for home furnishings. It also strengthens the retail mix at Ikea Drive Plaza, the firm noted.
Ikea Drive Plaza provides convenient access to Routes 4 and 17, and the Garden State Parkway. According to RIPCO, approximately 122,000 vehicles pass along the Route 4 intersection daily, while Route 17 carries roughly 134,000 per day.
Paramus: a premier shopping destination
RIPCO Executive Vice President Curtis Nassau and Managing Director Patrick Blake represented RH Outlet. LMC Leasing Representative Ed Vasconcellos and Senior Leasing Representative Vanessa Kelty represented the landlord.
Nassau noted, “The property benefits from exceptional retail density, with five major regional shopping centers within 2.5 miles, including Garden State Plaza, Bergen Towne Center, Paramus Park, The Fashion Center, and The Shops at Riverside.

RIPCO said RH Outlet served Paramus shoppers at its previous location since 2016. The new store is open now.
Kelty reiterated the complementary commercial mix, “The brand’s strong following and elevated home furnishings offering make it an ideal fit for this highly visible location.”
