WoodBrook at Randolph is officially open, introducing 199 luxury apartments to Morris County.

Fairfield-based Woodmont Properties and Canoe Brook Development of New Jersey announced the debut of the rental community April 15.

Following a launch last July, the project arrives nearly 80% leased, according to the partners. WoodBrook at Randolph started construction in 2024.

The community comprises a four-story mid-rise building with 97 classic flats and 102 multistory townhome-style residences spread across seven additional buildings. The mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts aims to meet the evolving needs of today’s renters.

Woodmont Executive Vice President and General Counsel Stephen Santola highlighted Morris County as a standout among the state’s suburban markets. “This community reflects our focus on high-quality residential environments that excel in design and lifestyle-driven amenities.
