WoodBrook at Randolph is officially open, introducing 199 luxury apartments to Morris County.
Fairfield-based Woodmont Properties and Canoe Brook Development of New Jersey announced the debut of the rental community April 15.
Following a launch last July, the project arrives nearly 80% leased, according to the partners. WoodBrook at Randolph started construction in 2024.
The community comprises a four-story mid-rise building with 97 classic flats and 102 multistory townhome-style residences spread across seven additional buildings. The mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts aims to meet the evolving needs of today’s renters.
Woodmont Executive Vice President and General Counsel Stephen Santola highlighted Morris County as a standout among the state’s suburban markets. “This community reflects our focus on high-quality residential environments that excel in design and lifestyle-driven amenities. We’re excited to welcome residents and see WoodBrook take its place in Randolph Township,” he said.
Randolph Mayor Mark Forstenhausler said the opening marks an exciting chapter for the township.
“This community will bring new energy, connections, and opportunities that enrich the lives of residents,” Forstenhausler said. “We look forward to meeting our new neighbors and seeing WoodBrook become a lively cornerstone of Randolph.”
Located about an hour outside of New York City, Randolph offers a balance between tranquility and accessibility. The 21-square-mile township features a 756-acre park system. Niche rates the area with an overall A+ grade, identifying it as one of the 10 Best Places to Live in Morris County.
Residences at WoodBrook at Randolph offer high ceilings, large windows, wood-style plank flooring and expansive walk-in closets with custom shelving. Kitchens include stainless-steel Whirlpool appliances, soft-close designer cabinetry and marble tile backsplashes. Meanwhile, spa-inspired bathrooms feature dual-sink vanities, illuminated mirrors, quartz countertops, soaking tubs and modern finishes.
Units also offer full-size washers and dryers, private patios or balconies and keyless entry systems. Select townhome-style residences come with attached garages, with additional detached garages available.
On-site amenities address both productivity and relaxation, including:
“Watching WoodBrook at Randolph transform into a vibrant neighborhood as residents settle in is a proud moment for our team,” said Jack Tycher, partner, Canoe Brook Development. “From the beginning, our goal was to bring a high-quality residential experience defined by expertly crafted residences and a strong amenity offering. The robust leasing reflects sustained demand for suburban destinations like Randolph.”
