Listen to this articleJRM Construction Management New Jersey recently completed the renovation of Langan Engineering‘s office space at 1 University Square Drive in Princeton.
At 10,312 square feet, the contemporary space features an open floor plate with ample natural light, according to a Jan. 30 announcement from JRM.
“We are proud to have delivered a top-of-the-line office to the employees at Langan. The space will allow them to better serve their clients in the Princeton and Philadelphia region,” JRM Executive Vice President Marc Reissman said in a statement.

Finishes within the space include simulated stone countertops, decorative metal wall paneling and glass marker boards, according to JRM.
The firm said it also installed new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems in the office.
To deliver the renovated space, JRM said it also collaborated with Gensler, AMA Group, Cerami Associates and TMT Technology.
JRM’s New Jersey office is located in Carlstadt.
