Alfred Sanzari racks up another renewal at Glenpointe

Behaviorally Inc. signed a lease renewal at Glenpointe Center West, Alfred Sanzari Enterprises announced Dec. 22.

Located at the family-owned and operated commercial and residential real estate firm’s New Jersey Glenpointe campus in Teaneck, Behaviorally – which has been a tenant at the building since 2012 – signed for 16,603 square feet at the property’s largest office building.

Director and Vice President of Leasing and Marketing Jerry Barta and Manager of Leasing and Marketing Carolina Gutierrez represented Alfred Sanzari, while Behaviorally was represented by Cushman & Wakefield’s Curtis Foster and Jerry Shifrin.

Glenpointe in Teanekc offers the 26,000-square-foot Glenpointe Fitness Center, a 22,000-square-foot multi-purpose outdoor amenity space, 700 hotel rooms across three on-site hotels, casual and fine dining options, an onsite full-service Starbucks, covered parking and 24/7 security. – ALFRED SANZARI ENTERPRISES

Behaviorally, formerly known as PRS IN VIVO USA, provides behavioral research, particularly in packaging and shopper marketing.

One of three buildings constituting the office component at the live-work-play campus, Glenpointe Centre West spans 350,000 square feet.

Over the past two months, Alfred Sanzari announced a lease expansion at the campus’s The Atrium, a new lease with Massachusetts-based Sunovion Pharmaceuticals, and the addition of South Korean air service provider Asiana Airlines.
