Bringing the property nearer to full occupancy at 98% leased, a tenant is expanding at The Atrium at Glenpointe.
Alfred Sanzari Enterprises said Nov. 22 that the Center for Developmental Psychiatry signed a lease for 1,614 square feet of office space at the Teaneck “work-play-stay” Glenpointe corporate campus.
Director and Vice president of Leasing and Marketing Jerry Barta represented Alfred Sanzari Enterprises in the transaction; legal counsel was provided by Cole Schotz PC’s Jan Lewis.
The Atrium at Glenpoint boasts 80,000 square feet of Class-A office space around a towering glass atrium at the center of the 670,000-square-foot Glenpoint campus.
The Center for Developmental Psychiatry provides integrated psychotherapy for children, teenagers and adults with anxiety, depression, ADHD and behavioral issues. According to Alfred Sanzari, it has been a Glenpointe tenant since 2019.
“We chose to stay at Glenpointe simply because we trust the Alfred Sanzari Enterprises property management team, who is always responsive and helpful,” said Dr. Jason Dean, the Center’s founder. “The construction of our first space was seamless throughout the entire process, and we are confident that The Atrium at Glenpointe will create the highest quality experience for our employees and patients alike in the years to come.”
Glenpointe’s amenities include the 26,000-square-foot Glenpointe Fitness Center, on-site community lounge The Pointe, covered parking, three on-site hotels with a combined 700 rooms, casual and fine dining options, and more.
“The combination of Class-A office space, a comprehensive amenity package, and easy access to the New York City Metropolitan Area makes Glenpointe an exceptional place for businesses of all types,” said Barta.
According to the family-owned and operated commercial real estate firm, availabilities at Glenpointe range from 976 square feet up to 52,157 square feet for a full-floor.
