Sunovion Pharmaceuticals signs on at Glenpointe

On Dec. 14, Alfred Sanzari Enterprises said it secured a new lease with a Massachusetts-based pharmaceutical company at its Glenpointe corporate campus.

Sunovion Pharmaceuticals Inc.’s deal covers 24,000 square feet of office space, according to that company. It expects to begin occupancy in early 2022.

“With support of the Alfred Sanzari team we are able to take advantage of designing an innovative new space to enhance the work experience for our employees in New Jersey and the tri-state area,” said Sunovion Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer Linda Arsenault. “Glenpointe provides us with a dynamic, efficient, and flexible workspace that aligns with being a best place to work, with amenities and offerings for employees in this important region for our business.”

Sunovion will occupy space at the Glenpointe Centre West Building at 500 Frank W. Burr Blvd.

Alfred Sanzari Enterprises was represented by Newmark; Sunovion was represented by CBRE. Gibbons PC and Cole Schotz PC provided legal services for the tenant and landlord, respectively.

The “work-play-stay” Glenpointe campus spans 50 acres in Teaneck, with 670,000 square feet of Class-A office space, a 26,000-square-foot fitness center, 700 hotel rooms across three onsite hotels, covered parking, and casual and fine dining options.

Other recent tenant activity at the property includes a new lease for South Korean airline, a renewal with Larrin Management LLC and an expansion for the Center for Developmental Psychiatry.
