Two tenants are staying put at the Glenpointe corporate campus in Teaneck, following lease renewals signed with Alfred Sanzari Enterprises.

Agam Capital Management renewed its lease at Glenpointe Centre West while Moroch Partners Inc. re-signed for its office space at The Atrium at Glenpointe, Alfred Sanzari announced on March 8.

The family-owned and operated commercial real estate firm said it was represented by Director and Vice President of Leasing and Marketing Jerry Barta and Leasing and Marketing Manager Carolina Gutierrez in the transactions.

Strategic insurance solutions provider Agam Capital Management, which occupies 3,413 square feet of office space, has been a Glenpointe tenant since it was founded in 2016.

Dallas-based Moroch Partners, an independent marketing agency with 10 locations nationwide, occupies 633 square feet of office space at the Teaneck work-play-stay campus. The company signed its first Glenpointe lease in 2012, Alfred Sanzari said, as it expanded to the New York-metro area.

“Glenpointe’s reputation as northern New Jersey’s premier corporate campus has been built upon our commitment to proactive management and capital improvements that have ensured we continue to see long-term tenancy and high retention rates,” Barta said in a statement. “Both of these renewals highlight the unwavering appeal of the Glenpointe campus and showcase our consistent ability to support our tenants needs to help achieve their growth goals.”

Moroch Partners Director of Office Services Cathy Perkins said the company was initially drawn to Glenpointe’s “hands-on” property management team, along with the its amenities and adaptability. “Years later, Glenpointe continues to exceed our expectations and we are excited to continue to build our relationship with Alfred Sanzari Enterprises,” she said.

The 670,000-square-foot Glenpointe campus includes the 26,000-square-foot Glenpointe Fitness Center, a cumulative 700 hotel rooms spread across three on-site hotels, casual and fine dining options, a Starbucks, covered parking and 24/7 security. The campus also partners with tenant engagement service Better Spaces, which operates The Pointe community lounge and provides an app offering tenants more than 40 programs and classes per week.

In December, Alfred Sanzari signed a renewal with Behaviorally Inc., which has resided at the property since 2012, and added new tenant Sunovion Pharmaceuticals with a lease covering 24,000 square feet of office space.
