Crumbl Cookies could be coming to Jersey City.
The popular cookie chain, which has been busy expanding across the Garden State, is planning to open a 10th bakery in Jersey City, according to the Historic Downtown Special Improvement District (HDSID).
In a recent social media post, HDSID shared that Crumbl is looking to set up shop next door to a soon-to-be open Shake Shack at the corner of Grove Street and Columbus Drive.
Crumbl is known for its weekly rotating menu of dessert-inspired specialty flavors of warm and chilled soft-baked cookies, such as cookies & cream, buttermilk pancake, brownie and peppermint bar.
Since its founding six years ago in Utah, the chain has grown to 36 states and nearly 300 locations.
Locally, Crumbl has shops in Manalapan, Cherry Hill, Clark, Holmdel, Morris Plains, North Brunswick, Ocean, Princeton and Union.
A representative from Crumbl did not immediately respond to a request for information about future openings, including in Jersey City.
