Crumbl is joining the dessert scene in Hudson County.
The fast-growing boutique cookie franchise will begin welcoming customers Feb. 28 at 306 Grove St. in Jersey City.
Founded eight years ago in Utah, the chain is known for its weekly rotating menu of dessert-inspired specialty flavors of soft-baked oversized cookies. Flavors include chocolate peanut butter pie, key lime pie, chocolate cake batter, iced oatmeal and chocolate chunk.
Along with in-store pickup, Crumbl offers catering and delivery from its more than 1,000 locations across the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico.
After making its New Jersey debut three years ago in Ocean Township, the brand has added over a dozen outposts across the state.
In downtown Jersey City, Margarin and Leslie Hobson will operate Crumbl. The husband-wife team also owns Crumbl shops that opened June 2022 in Morris Plains and March 2023 in Rockaway.
As part of the grand opening festivities, customers can use the code GRSTSTATION in the Crumbl app to redeem a free, mini chocolate chip cookie between March 3 and April 1. The offer is valid in store only, according to Crumbl.
After the grand opening, Crumbl will be open 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., Monday through Thursday and 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Starting March 3, customers can place orders via the Crumbl app, DoorDash and Uber Eats.
