Turning Point Restaurants has added a second spot in Bergen County.
Located at 200 Old Tappan Road in Old Tappan, the popular Jersey Shore-born breakfast, brunch and lunch chain is open daily from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Founded 28 years ago in Little Silver, Turning Point offers an approachable creative menu served in a home-like environment. Along with unique sandwiches, healthy salads, tea and coffee, the menu includes featured dishes like cinnamon roll pancakes, Key West shrimp omelet, cheesecake French toast and lobster eggs Benedict.
Now a franchise, the brand has about 35 restaurants operating across New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Florida and Virginia.
Turning Point made its Bergen County debut three years ago in Paramus. The chain also has local outposts in Brick, Cherry Hill, Hoboken, Holmdel, Little Silver, Long Branch, Manalapan, Marlton, Moorestown, Morris Township, Ocean Township, Old Bridge, Paramus, Princeton and Sea Girt.
Besides franchise-owned Old Tappan, Turning Point intends to add a franchised spot later this year in Montgomery, according to its website.
New Jersey is home to more than a dozen top brunch spots in the nation, according to DoorDash. This list was released last year in time for Mother’s Day (hint, hint).
