Rising on the banks of the Hudson River in Weehawken, Hoboken Point is officially open — and 50% leased.
Hartz Mountain Industries announced the milestone for its newest luxury living option within the Lincoln Harbor enclave in mid-September. Hartz revealed the 262-unit resort-style community in February.
The mix offers a range of residences, from studios to two-bedroom-plus-den layouts. Hoboken Point caters to the hybrid renter, incorporating room to work as well as New York City skyline views with its 40,000 square feet of amenities.
