Holy Cow Burgers is making its return to New Jersey.
After inking a deal to lease 2,750 square feet of space at 654 McBride Ave. in Woodland Park, the brand expects to open this fall, according to the property’s leasing and management agent, Bussel Realty Corp.
Founded in 2018 as a burger joint in New York City’s Lower East Side, Holy Cow Burgers says it makes its burgers using the highest quality meat. The menu also includes vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options; chicken sandwiches; chicken tenders; hot dogs; fries and deli sandwiches.
The brand has gone on to expand into Queens and Long Island, as well as Dallas. Woodland Park will be its 12th restaurant.
Holy Cow Burgers made its New Jersey debut in August 2023, when it opened on Market Street in Paterson. The location has since closed.
Connor Vanderbeek, vice president of retail services at Edison-based Bussel Realty Corp., says Holy Cow Burgers will be “a great addition to the Woodland Park community.”
