IOREBA Developer’s Night in Teaneck set for March 30

The Industrial and Office Real Estate Brokers Association – – will hold its Annual Developer’s Night next week in Teaneck.

A premier event for IOREBA, the fete will take place March 30 from 5–9 p.m. at the recently renovated Marriott at Glenpointe.

Developer’s Night draws real estate developers, brokers, owners and other industrial professionals for an evening of insights, connections and New Jersey-market focused discussions. Following networking, guests will enjoy a buffet dinner and panel discussion featuring field experts.

According to IOREBA, the presentation and moderated question-and-answer period will explore key trends shaping the local industrial and office sectors. The discussion will examine key trends, such as capital markets activity, development pipelines and evolving tenant demand.

Panelists include: 

“Developer’s Night exemplifies IOREBA’s commitment to fostering meaningful dialogue and strong professional relationships within the commercial real estate community,” said Lorenzo Lambiase, president of IOREBA and principal at NAI James E. Hanson. “It provides a valuable forum for industry leaders to share perspectives and engage in thoughtful conversation about the market.”

IOREBA launched with 33 members in 1926. Since then, it’s grown to more than 260 constituents located throughout New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Connecticut. Beyond holding distinction as one of the nation’s largest regional organizations, IOREBA says it is the oldest office and industrial real estate brokers association in the U.S.

The organization installed its 2025-26 board last July.

Registration to attend IOREBA Developers Night is $175 for members and $200 for non-members. According to IOREBA, this program is eligible for one continuing education credit(s) each for New Jersey licensed brokers/salespersons. More information is available here.
