IOREBA announced its 2025-26 board officers during a recent networking event.

The Industrial and Office Real Estate Brokers Association’s 56th Annual Golf, Tennis and Pickleball outing took place June 16 at the Morris County Country Club in Morristown.

Although inclement weather put a damper on the popular pickleball portion of the day, attendees still enjoyed other activities. The day ended with the official induction of IOREBA‘s new board officers for the 2025-26 term:

• President Lorenzo Lambiase, associate vice president, NAI James E. Hanson
• Vice President Bree Manchanda, owner and broker, CRE Solutions LLC
• Treasurer James McGuckin, vice president and regional manager, Marcus & Millichap
• Secretary Josh Glussky, corporate sales representative, Sheldon Gross Realty

Beyond the sports, dining and networking rounded out the experience. During the evening reception, guests enjoyed a putting contest, cocktails and dinner, an awards ceremony, 50/50 drawing and raffle prizes.

“Our annual golf outing continues to be a highlight for our membership — an opportunity to connect, reflect, and look ahead,” said Lambiase. “I am honored to take on this leadership role from Kurt Kalafsky and look forward to working with our talented board to deliver valuable programs and events in the year ahead.”

Mid-Atlantic Real Estate Journal named IOREBA the “Best Industry Association of 2024.” The group has served the regional commercial real estate community since 1927. It represents more than 200 professionals through educational and networking opportunities.
