Sudler Cos. lease tops NJ industrial roundup (slideshow)

April 23, 2026 8:06 am

Listen to this article

Arranged by Avison Young, Chatham-based Sudler Cos. secured a full-building industrial lease for First Priority Group in Lakewood. The deal leads a series of recent transactions in the sector across New Jersey.

Commenting on First Priority Group‘s expanded footprint in Ocean County, Avison Young Principal Tim Cadigan said the new lease “gives FPG the room and resources to scale their operations in a facility designed for efficiency and long‑term growth.” FPG manufactures emergency and specialty vehicles. The move comes in response to accelerating national demand for the company’s next-generation ambulances and emergency transport units. The Lakewood location offers access to a skilled labor pool, major distribution routes, ample power and an optimized layout. Click through the slideshow below for a closer look at more recent industrial activity in New Jersey involving tenants, buyers, brokers and landlords such as NAI James E. Hanson, NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co., Bussel Realty Corp.  First Priority Group, Regenity Biosciences, Faropoint, Eastern Lift Truck Co., Doors & Spaces Industrial, Business Promo Solutions LLC and others.

  • Avison Young arranged a full-building, 75,000-square-foot industrial lease at 1719 Oak St. in Lakewood for First Priority Group. FPG manufactures emergency and specialty vehicles. AY Principals JC Giordano, Tim Cadigan and Matt Turse along with Vice President Steve Gianis represented the tenant. The Class A facility nearly doubles FPG's footprint. It previously occupied approximately 40,000 square feet at 2444 Ridgeway Blvd., Building 500 in Manchester. The landlord, Sudler Cos., was represented in-house by Jeff Hale.<br />
