Commenting on First Priority Group‘s expanded footprint in Ocean County, Avison Young Principal Tim Cadigan said the new lease “gives FPG the room and resources to scale their operations in a facility designed for efficiency and long‑term growth.” FPG manufactures emergency and specialty vehicles. The move comes in response to accelerating national demand for the company’s next-generation ambulances and emergency transport units. The Lakewood location offers access to a skilled labor pool, major distribution routes, ample power and an optimized layout.
