Residents have already begun to enjoy the luxury lifestyle offered at Essex & Crane in , which celebrated its grand opening June 13 with the help of guests including Terminal Construction President and CEO Donald Dinallo, Orange Mayor Dwayne Warren, Orange Council President Tency Eason and Council Vice President Adrienne Wooten.

From Russo Development, the 209-unit community located at 377 Crane St. offers expansive studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom floorplans with 23,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities. Essex & Crane is the latest in the Vermella community series from the Carlstadt-based developer and its first “By Vermella” property, building on the brand associated with attainable luxury living in the Garden State. The project is the third residential partnership between Russo and Dinallo Construction Corp., a subsidiary of Terminal Construction.

“We are very excited to bring our signature Vermella brand with generous well-designed amenities, high-quality building finishes, and a unique lifestyle experience which includes plentiful resident events and activations to Orange’s thriving transit village,” said Adam Pasternack, president of Russo Property Management, said when the project launched leasing in May.

Footsteps from the Orange train station, the property offers an eight-minute rail ride to Newark and a 30-minute trip to New York City.
