Mercer County medical office portfolio sells for $11M

Marking the end of a 33-year relationship with the seller, Fennelly Associates brokered the sale of a medical office portfolio located in Mercer County for $11 million.

President Jerry Fennelly represented the Neuman family in two transactions, the firm announced April 12, covering a cumulative 131,500 square feet at the White Horse Executive Center and 3575 Quakerbridge Road in Hamilton. The buyers of the properties were not disclosed.

According to , for these most recent transactions, the Neuman family was looking to sell off assets to capitalize on favorable market conditions as they reach retirement age.

The firm said it implemented a strategic and data-driven plan, securing buyers for the two-story, 59,000-square-foot medical office building on Quakerbridge Road and 30 medical condos covering 72,500 square feet at White Horse Executive Center, a four-building office park devoted primarily to medical offices. The properties are located less than 5 miles from each other.

“Since the start of our relationship with the Neuman family, the commercial real estate market has changed dramatically in the central New Jersey area,” Fennelly said in a statement. “It’s been a privilege to work alongside the Neuman family as we helped them navigate the ups and downs of the market over the past three decades. While our professional relationship may be nearing its conclusion, I look back proudly at all we accomplished together and wish them the best of luck in retirement and all that lies ahead.”

Fennelly Associates’ relationship with the Neuman family got its start in 1990 when the firm was tapped to help lease medical office properties in the Central Jersey region. Since that initial success, the firm has helped to attract and secure tenants including Children’s Specialized Hospital and Rothman Orthopaedic Institute.
