In anticipation of a surge in demand during the peak holiday season, Radial, a leading e-commerce solutions company based in Pennsylvania, plans to bring on 700 seasonal workers for its fulfillment centers in Burlington and South River.

In a Nov. 1 press release announcing the hiring effort, Radial said it is looking for associates to process online orders, including picking, sorting, packing and shipping. No prior warehouse experience is necessary. New employees will receive comprehensive on-the-job training on how to use the company’s automation and technology to fulfill online orders.

According to Radial, associates will have access to competitive wages, overtime and hourly pay, as well as flexible work schedules.

For individuals seeking long-term employment, Radial plans to offer opportunities to convert into full-time positions this year.

With 25 fulfillment centers and a global fulfillment and transportation network, Radial handles tens of thousands of orders per day and houses hundreds of thousands of product types.
