Charcuterie board is adding a fifth shop in New Jersey.

Located at 2419 Bridge Ave. in Point Pleasant, the concept offers savory and sweet boards and boxes for a range of occasions, like on-the-go snacking, picnics, parties and corporate gifting.

Made from high-quality ingredients, the boards can include a selection of premium meats, cheeses, fresh fruits, crisp vegetables, nuts, crackers, breads, dips and jams. The menu also incorporates seasonal options, as well as styles to meet various palates and dietary preferences.

Founded in 2018, the Florida-based chain considers itself a leader within the grazing-style food category. It’s also an affiliate brand of , a company whose portfolio includes Signarama, Office Evolution, Cannoli Kitchen Pizza and The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill.

Graze Craze now has more than 100 stores in North America. Looking ahead, the brand said it has a pipeline of dozens of additional franchise agreements and locations in development.

After making its New Jersey debut two years ago in Ramsey, the franchise has added sites in Wyckoff, Haworth and Rutherford.

‘Not a fleeting trend’

Graze Craze President Cory Hibbard recently shared, “Hitting 100 locations in such a short period of time is a major milestone, especially when you consider that less than 20% of U.S. franchises ever achieve this number. It validates that charcuterie is not a fleeting trend but a timeless, versatile way of dining that brings people together. What started as an idea in an underserved market has become a nationwide movement, transforming everyday moments into genuine connection.”

To celebrate its April 23 launch in Point Pleasant, Graze Craze will hold a grand opening celebration from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Festivities will include a ribbon-cutting ceremony, free product samples, refreshments, prizes and raffles.

Following the grand opening, Graze Craze is open for pickup and delivery Monday to Saturday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.; and Sunday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
