It’s official: Riker Danzig LLP completed the move to its new headquarters at 7 Giralda Farms in Madison, the firm announced July 29.
The 143-year-old law firm unveiled in December 2024 that it would relocate from its longtime base in Morristown to the professional campus on the former Geraldine R. Dodge Estate. Riker Danzig had its based in HQ Plaza, formerly known as Headquarters Plaza, for more than 40 years.
Calling it a “a significant upgrade” from its previous location, the firm said it redesigned the new space to incorporate a dynamic, open office layout with hoteling options, collaborative workspaces and state-of-the-art technology.
Riker Danzig’s offices take up half of 7 Giralda Farms’ second floor. The space also features a large employee cafeteria/lounge with a custom bar, as well as a reconfigurable knowledge center.
Overall, the 20-acre property features three floors of Class A office space, as well as a two-story atrium entrance with granite and wood accents. Additional property amenities include:
Riker Danzig also has offices in Trenton and Midtown Manhattan. The firm noted that all other contact details, including phone numbers and email addresses, remain the same.

“We feel that we really hit a homerun with our new headquarters. It provides an enhanced experience for all of our stakeholders – staff, attorneys and clients alike – and we couldn’t be happier with the final result.”
– Nicholas Racioppi Jr., head of the firm’s Real Estate Practice, who led the lease negotiations, along with partner Joshua Greenfield
“The atmosphere in our new offices is vibrant, with a new appreciation for and enjoyment of the collegial culture we have long experienced. The modern floor plan allowed us to completely reimagine our workspace, and we have made the most of the opportunity.”
– Managing Partner Michael O’Mullan
“Our foremost goal throughout [the design and reconstruction process] has been to create an office environment that truly reflects the way our people work together and connect with each other. Since moving to our new space, we have experienced a very positive energy across all of our departments as we are now on one floor.”
– Firm co-chair Anthony Borrelli
“We created a descriptive, illustrated timeline of Riker for our reception area, going back to our founding in 1882 and detailing many of our notable leaders through the decades, including Supreme Court Justices, Federal Judges, State and U.S. Attorneys General, Bar presidents and much more. Our history is quite impressive, and we wanted to prominently feature it throughout the new office.”
– Firm co-chair Kelly Crawford, who added that several conference rooms were named after past team members
Another established New Jersey law firm will soon join the 7 Giralda Farms campus, as well. In March, Saiber LLC announced it would move from Florham Park after 15 years. On its website, the 75-year-old firm said it would relocate to Suite 360 at the Madison campus in August.
