One of New Jersey’s top law firms is celebrating its 75th anniversary with a big move.
After nearly 15 years in Florham Park, Saiber LLC is set to relocate its headquarters this spring to 7 Giralda Farms in nearby Madison.
In addition to a contemporary design and enhanced technology capabilities, the 34,390-square-foot space includes numerous spacious conference rooms, war rooms, café, wellness room and over 60 private offices. The full-service business counseling and litigation law firm said the third-floor office will serve as the primary home for most of its employees.
According to Saiber, the lease begins in May.
After its founding in 1950, Saiber remained in Newark for nearly six decades before moving to an office on Columbia Turnpike in Florham Park 14 years ago. Saiber also has offices in New York, Philadelphia and Scranton.
Jennine DiSomma, co-managing member, said, “We are especially excited about the opportunity to bring all our attorneys and practice groups together on a single level. This layout promotes collaboration, strengthens relationships across the firm and opens new opportunities to cross-market our services. The design of the new space will foster a more collegial environment, benefiting both our team and our clients.”
Nino Coviello, co-managing member, added, “This move to our new space at 7 Giralda Farms is particularly special as we celebrate the 75th anniversary of Saiber’s founding. We look forward to welcoming our clients, colleagues, and community to this incredible new space.”
The new office offers access to a range of amenities within the Giralda Farms Corporate Campus, including a cafeteria, a fitness center with a yoga room, underground indoor parking, a social lounge with games and entertainment, a nine-hole disc golf course, walking paths and outdoor terrace.
It’s also near major highways, including Routes 10 and 24, as well as interstates I-78, I-80, and I-287, and is situated just minutes popular downtowns areas in Morristown and Madison.
Saiber isn’t the only law firm taking space at the 310-acre gated office park on the former Geraldine Rockefeller Dodge Estate.
Riker Danzig LLP is relocating to 7 Giralda Farms from its home of 40 years at Headquarters Plaza in Morristown. Kelley Drye & Warren LLP, a Parsippany-based law firm, recently signed a lease, too.
