As the calendar flips to 2025, there’s no shortage of action in Atlantic City.
Visit Atlantic City and the Atlantic City Commission said that 2024 was one of its most successful years to date – with 200 events and conventions throughout the calendar year.
And with a jampacked schedule right out of the gate in the first quarter of 2025, officials aim to continue that momentum this year.
“This is such an exciting time to be a part of Visit Atlantic City, and we expect 2025 to be a year filled with successful events and conventions,” said Gary Musich, president and CEO of Visit Atlantic City and the Atlantic City Commission. Musich recently took the helm, succeeding Larry Sieg.
Visit Atlantic City also notes other major happenings around the city – including new projects in the Orange Loop district like The Top Hat at The Orange Loop, a Monopoly-inspired boutique hotel; the launch of a new helipad at Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa; a $38.2 million beach replenishment project that will make for wider beaches for the upcoming summer season; and more.
“The Orange Loop is one area in particular that we’re expecting to see several reinvestment, including a new boutique hotel breaking ground and updates to the many restaurants in the district,” said Musich. “Winter is a great time to visit our seaside destination – and we hope that visitors will explore this hidden-gem of Atlantic City while they’re visiting for the many events and activities happening this quarter.”
Although there’s plenty of action planned for Atlantic City in 2025, one event that will not go on is the airshow. Read more >>
