With a New Jersey headquarters in Voorhees, Axia Women’s Health is expanding its footprint. Recently that includes opening a new women’s clinic in Sewell and growing its presence at Atkins Cos.’ Washington Square Town Center, just a year after signing on at the property. Now, the provider has agreed to occupy space in the northern part of the state.

Alfred Sanzari Enterprises announced Axia signed on for 2,724 square feet of medical/office space at its Glenpointe campus in Teaneck.

Newmark‘s Jeff Schotz, Peter Rossi, Dan Reider, Peter Kasparian and David Simson represented Alfred Sanzari in the arrangement, with Cresa‘s Jonathan Marks and Dennis Gralla representing Axia.

“Our goal at Glenpointe has always been to provide tenants and those who visit our campus with an experience they can’t get anywhere else,” Alfred Sanzari Enterprises Leasing and Marketing Manager Carolina Gutierrez said in a statement.

Along those lines, the “work-play-stay” campus boasts 670,000 square feet across 50 acres with a combination of Class A office space with eclectic amenities, three onsite hotels, fine and casual dining options, and more, like its recently introduced FLEX workspace.

“[W]e believe in finding a diverse array of tenants that help to offer unique services to the surrounding communities,” Gutierrez continued. “We’re thrilled to welcome Axia into Glenpointe and cannot wait to see the positive impact they have on the community.”

And having a positive impact is baked into Axia’s business model.

“Providing comprehensive and accessible health care to women is at the core of our mission,” said Axia Director of Operations Will Vasquez. “Across the Axia network, our well-located care centers ensure we can easily reach women in need of care. Glenpointe is a prime destination for our newest care center due to its convenient location and wide range of on-campus amenities.”

Just last week, Alfred Sanzari announced another new tenant for Glenpointe: Leica Camera Inc., which will relocate its North American base to a new, more than 12,000-square-foot space at the campus.
