Choose New Jersey is highlighting a busy and fruitful second quarter for the state’s leading nonprofit business attraction organization.
“New Jersey continues to build a global reputation as the best place in the country to do business,” said Gov. Phil Murphy in an Aug. 6 press release.
Key highlights from Q2 include:
“Our recent mission to the Gulf Arab States demonstrates the power of international collaboration, and with Choose New Jersey as a key partner, we’re delivering real results: new partnerships, transformative investments, and good-paying jobs for New Jerseyans,” said Murphy.
Ralph LaRossa, chairman of Choose New Jersey and chair, president and CEO of PSEG, said the accomplishments this quarter reflect the strength of New Jersey’s global appeal. He also noted the momentum that Choose New Jersey is building across key industries.
“Thanks to the hard work of Choose New Jersey, more jobs and innovation are coming to our state, which is helping to grow our economy and reinforce New Jersey’s place on the international stage,” said LaRossa.
“New Jersey’s compelling business ecosystem and quality of life continue to fuel our success in attracting global investment,” said Choose NJ President and CEO Wesley Mathews. “These wins underscore our state’s competitiveness and growing international reach.”
