Eddie V’s Prime Seafood is coming to Princeton.
Scheduled to open June 6 at 3535 Route 1, the location marks the upscale chain’s third in-state restaurant.
At Eddie V’s, the menu includes an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, premium hand-carved steaks and signature appetizers. The eatery also offers creative cocktails and an award-winning wine list of more than 300 labels.
The 6,659-square-foot space includes four private rooms for events and a lounge featuring live music trios nightly. The dining room is open daily for dinner, and reservations are recommended but not required.
According to Eddie V’s, the upcoming restaurant will bring 75 new jobs to the area. Hiring is underway for hosts, servers, bartenders and butchers.
Founded in 2000, Eddie V’s has 30 locations nationwide.
Within New Jersey, Eddie V’s has spots in Paramus and Cherry Hill.
The brand is owned and operated by Darden Restaurants, the Orlando, Fla.-headquartered parent company of popular chains including Olive Garden, LongHorn Steakhouse, The Capital Grille, Seasons 52, Bahama Breeze and Ruth’s Chris Steak House.
