The Jersey City Summit for Real Estate Investment, Placemaking & Innovation will return to the waterfront in 2025 for its 10th anniversary.
Presented by roundtable&advisory, the May 15 conference will again take place at Harborside with venue partner The 601W Cos.
Organizers expect another sell-out crowd of more than 1,250 regional investment, real estate and placemaking leaders at this spring’s event – now a standard for investors, developers and other related firms working in or eager to enter the Hudson County hotspot. Highlights from this year’s agenda include confirmed speaker Jersey City Mayor, and Democratic gubernatorial hopeful, Steven Fulop; a fireside chat with Kushner Cos.; and more (see below).
Encompassing the entire fourth floor of Harborside 1, the daylong summit will offer Manhattan skyline views as a backdrop to a day full of networking, exhibitors and panel discussions.
The 2025 event will include city, master-planning and placemaking leaders. Working locally as well as in the larger region, speakers will discuss transformative, new projects; innovative collaborations; capital markets predictions; and more.
Located in Exchange Place, live-work-play neighborhood Harborside is well into a generational transformation to make it the epicenter of the Hudson waterfront.
roundtable&advisory’s second annual Newark Summit returned last December. The event featured another gubernatorial hopeful, Newark Mayor Ras Baraka, among others.
