  • The event also featured a cross-generational panel discussion. Participants included, from left: Desiree Mitchell, a student at New York University, representing Generation Z; Kyle Holder, vice president at Optimus Partners LLC, representing millennials; Stacey Kavanagh, first vice president and market manager at Provident Bank, representing Generation X; and Gene Bouie (not pictured), a seasoned leader and executive director of AACCNJ’s Training and Development Institute, as the Baby Boomer representative.<br />

  • Scholar and Associate Dean at Rutgers Graduate School Newark Kinna Perry, at the podium, delivered a keynote address offering practical insights into the day-to-day implications of generational diversity. The presentation explored how each generation's unique values, communication styles, and attitudes toward work impact our daily lives — from the office to our interactions in society at large.<br />

  • Then, with Perry moderating, a panel discussion explored the complexities and commonalities that define each generation. The audience actively participated in a Q&A session, providing a platform for direct engagement with the speakers.<br />
