A collection of your photos from the fun, fruitful, charitable, honorable and miscellaneous happenings in the New Jersey business community.

 • Cardi B performed to a sold-out Prudential Center in Newark March 28 as part of her Little Miss Drama Tour. The hometown performance – her first – featured a high-energy set of chart-topping hits, highlighted by a surprise appearance from fellow New Jersey native Fetty Wap. Following the show, Prudential Center’s Tyler Bates, vice president of entertainment booking, and Shannon D’Amore, manager of booking, presented the performer with a personalized, bejeweled New Jersey Devils jersey. The presentation highlighted the significance of the moment and celebrated Cardi B’s arena tour debut in her home state. -PROVIDED BY PRUDENTIAL CENTER
 • The New Jersey Golf Foundation, the charitable arm of the New Jersey Section, PGA of America, recently named Rumson Country Club as the 2025 NJGF “Club of the Year.” Led by Board Member and former NJPGA Jr. Tour Member Jack Skirkanich and Head PGA Professional Kelly LaDow, the leadership and membership of Rumson Country Club was recognized for their generous contributions to the NJ Golf Foundation. • Mayor Ras Baraka announced April 15 the City of Newark was named a 2025 Tree City USA by the Arbor Day Foundation, recognizing its ongoing commitment to planting, growing and maintaining trees to benefit the community. This is the 10th time the city has received this designation — with the last occasion coming 15 years ago. Since launching the “Rooted in Newark” tree canopy initiative on Earth Day last year, the city has planted 1,137 trees citywide. The city says it continues to expand its tree planting efforts, with a focus on neighborhoods impacted by extreme heat. - PROVIDED BY CITY OF NEWARK
 • LADACIN Network hosted its 45th Annual Rosebud Gala March 28 at the Sheraton Eatontown Hotel, bringing together supporters for an evening of celebration with those who make a difference. Proceeds from the event directly benefit LADACIN’s essential programs and services, which provide critical support to individuals with disabilities throughout the community. Over 200 guests attended. The event also included a special awards presentation recognizing the 2026 Rosebud Gala honorees. This year’s Gala raised over $203,000.
• The Municipality of Princeton celebrated the re-launch and expansion of its municipal bus system, the Princeton Loop, with an April 10 ribbon-cutting ceremony and ride-along at the Princeton Shopping Center. The fare-free service has grown from a single neighborhood bus into a more comprehensive transit system connecting the community. The Princeton Loop now operates with both Loop Local and Loop Express service, providing free transportation throughout Princeton while introducing a faster Loop Express route connecting the Princeton Shopping Center, downtown Princeton and the Princeton Station. The Loop Express runs six days per week and completes an approximately 40 minute round trip (20 minutes each way).
• In recognition of National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week the second week of April, the South Jersey Transportation Authority highlighted the critical, often unseen work, of its dispatchers who serve as the first line of communication during emergencies across their transportation network. • An estimated 4,000-plus volunteers – significantly more than last year's 1,668 participants – gathered at 77 sites along the New Jersey shoreline for the 2026 Clean Ocean Action Spring Beach Sweeps April 11. Participants, from schools and scout troops, to community organizations and local businesses, removed debris and documented litter findings to help track and prevent marine pollution. A flagship site at Sandy Hook, pictured here, led efforts with 318 volunteers. Beach Sweeps data is used to garner support for new environmental policies, ordinances, and laws, like 2022’s “Get Past Plastic Law,” which successfully banned plastic bags in stores across the state.

What they collected: 3,064 food/candy wrappers & bags; 2,950 plastic bottle caps & lids; 1,949 plastic pieces; 1,313 foam plastic pieces; 1,156 straws & stirrers; 621 plastic beverage bottles; 295 cigarette filters; 131 total fishing gear (lines, nets, & lures); 121 balloons (mylar & rubber); 20 condoms; and 29 syringes. - PROVIDED BY CLEAN OCEAN ACTION
