Following recent across the eight-building campus, has added five new tenants.

Lincoln Equities Group LLC announced the newest leases for the 550,000-square-foot Class A campus in Princeton at the end of July.

The latest include:

  • Bayada Home Health Care – 2,060-square-foot lease at 116 Village Blvd.
  • BPJ Holding Corp. – 4,200-square-foot lease at 116 Village Blvd.
  • Pulte Homes – 2,800-square-foot design center at 107 Main St.

  • Anasen Health – 4,700-square-foot lease at 120 Main St.

According to CEO Lance Bergstein, Princeton Forrestal Village is drawing both new and existing tenants. “The campus continues to attract a diverse mix of tenants thanks to its prime location and flexible space options – making it an ideal environment for companies looking to grow or establish a presence in Central New Jersey,” he said.

Beyond the newest occupants, LEG also noted recent renewals totaling more than 50,000 square feet at the Route 1 adjacent property. Tenants staying on the roster include Regus, Surgical Center, Atyeti, Touch Associates and others, LEG said.

Recent upgrades at the 52-acre campus aim to elevate the experience for occupiers. The on-site food court completed a major renovation of late, while a new conference and training room is also due soon.

That’s in addition to the unique offerings Princeton Forrestal Village already offers, such as accessibility to the Westin Princeton at Forrestal Village, three full-service restaurants, outdoor terraces, on-site child care (Harmony School), on-site management and 24-hour security, a landscaped courtyard and more.

On its website, LEG also notes, “Soon you’ll be able to take residence here too.”
