Recent NJBIZ data reveals details about the top minority-owned business revenue leaders in New Jersey.

Thai Lee founded Corp in 1989 in Somerset. The company generated $15 billion in revenue during 2024. SHI provides IT products and services to clients around the world.

Based in Jersey City, was founded by the Unanue family in 1936. The food retailer earned $1.5 billion in 2024. Goya serves Hispanic communities across the nation.

Biren Shah and Swami Iyer run Aurobindo Pharma USA from East Windsor. They established operations in 1986. The pharmaceutical manufacturer produced $1.04 billion in revenue last year. The company focuses on generic medications.

Jaswinder Chadha and Navdeep Chadha launched in 2010. Their Berkeley Heights firm earned $811.9 million in 2024. Axtria develops software platforms for life sciences companies. The pair built their business on data analytics solutions.

Ranjini Poddar started in 1992. The Morristown company, which provides IT staffing services, generated $767 million in revenue during 2024 and employs both minority and women workers.

These five companies represent the revenue leaders among New Jersey . The published list includes 25 companies with combined revenues exceeding $20 billion. Asian Indian entrepreneurs operate 13 of the businesses. Hispanic owners run three companies. African-American entrepreneurs manage five firms.
